Shrinking the Nursing home to make it more like a home setting is the passion of Toni Davis, head of the Green Hill Retirement Community in West Orange, NJ. Her passion for smaller led her to build so called "Green Houses" where fewer residents (10) live and get more personal service. And instead of having many staff members with specialized jobs, fewer health care workers do more tasks, adding to the personal feel of care. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/01/health/shrinking-the-nursing-home-until-it-feels-like-a-home.html
